Sell, discard, or craft enemy parts?

I have a lot of items left over from enemies. I've been thinking about selling them (for the 3 gil I can get from the,), but then crafting them into something might be another option. Thing is, I have more than one character and I don't [necessarily] want them to have the same crafting job.

I always sell them. If they don't sell for anything on MB, then I just toss them to an NPC.
If you can convert them (say, animal skin > leather) then go ahead and do that, and sell them on the MB.
The thing is, if you want to be a high level crafter, then you NEED to level all crafting classes. If you don't care about endgame crafting, then it's fine to just level a few/none.

Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.

It that really necessary to have all of them? How big is endgame crafting anyway? I'm guessing that's why I've seen players with 6000+ HP...

The cross class skills are necessary not all of them but most of them. The 6k+ hp is just gear. Not always crafted(certainly not now - but at start of this gear cycle yeah it was).

And endgame crafting is more refering to crafting itself being a challenge in itself. There are some items that people use for raiding in the current tier but generally raid gear > any other gear.

Just sell it, compare with market board or toss it to the NPC. I not sure about crafting because still lvling that class also. But for me levequest crafting and gathering are fun to do, I only spend my leve allowance to lvl my DOH & DOL.

My crafted and penta melded 110 accessories beg to differ. Almost breaking 600 str while meeting the required hp thresholds for t13. My crafted stuff is way better than dread/poets by a long shot.

Pretty much. It's kinda challenging to craft on them without at least all of the cross-class skills from level 15 of each crafter.
Crafters don't make endgame battle gear for the most part. When they do, it's generally not best-in-slot. Really, the crafted gear is only particularly useful and good when you need/want to customize your stats (since you can't put materia into 95% of endgame gear). Crafters make a whole lot of other stuff though, and people pay buttloads for it (glamour gear, items that you need for relic weapons, minions, etc)
By the way, 6,000 HP is low for endgame, hahaha. Wait till you see tanks pushing 12k or more.

There is no apostrophe in Au Ra.
Stop adding one three years later.
