Pixelated Shadows after 1.18b.

Im running an:

i7 2600k (I got 1090T black edition AMD it performs much better on graphics intensive games check all the reports/ comparisons)
DUAL ATI 5870s in crossfire (rofl) if u wanna get insulting these are very outdated crap video cards that dont work well for ff14. I got 2 6850s i use to have 6450s;guess what i use to have pixelated shadows because of inferior graphics cards. Also guess what FF14 does not support crossfire
12GB DDR3 2133 (wow i got 16 who cares u dont need more than 4)
120GB OCZ Veritex III SSD (whoopty dooo i got one too)

My computer can run 3 of yours. ( you computer can run old games well thats it)

Its a game issue sir.

Its an issue of u need to spend 170+$s on a better video card and you will no longer have this issue. I bought a new PC and guess what i no longer had this problem. Now lets stop playing the mine shit is better than yours card cus assuming makes an ass of yourself.

Everything on max, shadows dont look that bad, but of course, they could have been better :P

I got this @ 1.18b too but I thought it was just me so I ignored it. Maybe I'll check my config again to see if something's changed

Yes I know this is an old issue. My point is I did not have this issue before 1.18b. Patch 1.18 actually improved shadows and it looked amazing. Now after 1.18b it looks horrible.
My PC did not change overnight, my drivers did not change overnight. Something in the game however did.

Now please no bashing or fighting in the thread, I just wanted to bring up the topic so we could maybe find out something.

Please note that ONE of my cards is 5% or so behind the performance of ONE of your cards.
**FFXIV does indeed run in crossfire when in full screen mode btw**

You missed the point, its not the amount, its the speed.

HDD:
Not related to shadows in the slightest, the point was to prove that its not my machine that is the issue.

Point is, my machine is not the issue and I have had this "shadow" glitch/issue since day 1.

It IS possible that they made changes during a patch.

However, many of us have had this same issue since Alpha.

So, I can't say for sure what happened.
