Spam tells ruining the game

I was enjoying this game (aside from having to blacklist often), now my list is full and I am constantly spammed.

Any options other than the poor one of "/busy", essentially taking the MMO out of MMORPG...

Fix or I'm gone, sadly.

I honestly think if SE does this it would be great
make an option to where only your friends can give you tells
Sadly this hasn't been implemented
