Hi, this is my first Zodiac quests, I've started doing this 4 quests chain for Zodiac for about 34 or 35 days (Just back from hiatus on February), other 3 done and this Method of His Malice is the last one. Just because it drops for you doesn't mean it would for others. So far I could only droll at Jealousy looking at the "Zodiac Treasure Drop Rate" discussions on reddit seeing people get Hullbreaker at 1/1, 1/4, 1/28 or such.

Now let's back to the bug report,
- it is not a bug if the item drops
- it is a bug if the item never drops

The nature of RNG, making it possible for item to drop on 1st run, as well as making it possible for the item to drop on the 100000000(insert large number here)th run. A number of runs which is impossible to achieve during a man's life time, thus on this case the item become never drop.

Therefore, it might be dropping for you (not bugged), but there is also a possibility where it never drop (bugged). And this is what im reporting. The item is not dropping, for me.

I personally think, RNG itself is a bug. RNG allows a scenario to be impossible to achieve, it might... be possible to achieve.... if you are a machine. but human isn't machine. Never underestimate the RNG on unlucky people.
