It's probably not of much help to mention my anecdote but here goes. In 2.1/2.2 I mained healer with penta-melded Vanya + rose gold jewely. Gear was melded with IVs up and down. Even had IV Acc as fifth meld (After capping Det/SS/Crit) on all left side and bracelet. Right side was similar but with PIE as 4th stat. Was super amazing.. for about 6 weeks.. then the i90 crafted gear released and I felt cheated lol.

Anyway my WHM since has collected a mix of SCoB and WoD gear at present, ilvl 114.

My current Holy does about 300-400 damage less than what it had done with the Vanya (fighting the water elementals in Urth's, other than PvP it's all I really Healer as now).

Seeing this makes me wonder how accurate stat weights are for healers with regard to healing vs DPS. Can we confidently say the MIND to DET ratio for healing potency is equal/same as MIND to DET ratio for DPS? I feel like DET must weight much higher since its really the only thing that can explain these numbers

Cleric Stance: Swaps current INT and MND attribute ratings, while increasing potency of attack magic by 10%, and reducing potency of healing magic by 20%. Effect ends upon reuse

I know you said 2.1/2.2 for the timeline of you maining a healer, but are you sure some of your memories are not from the 2.0 times when Holy was still 240 potency as opposed to 200 as it is now?

With that out of the way, you'd have to have a serious amount of DET to offset that big of a MND increase from going up the ilvls. You were not even in the i90 range with all your crafted i70 before, yet your Holies do less dmg at i114? There's just an unbelievable amount of MND gained with that leap in gear that no matter the MND to DET conversion, it won't bridge it.
