Well, single target is better with spell speed. I mean, I did 564 DPS on T11 with 628 spell speed tonight :< I'll highlight that tomorrow. I still prefer Spell Speed in T11 but I swap my stats in other turns.
T11 video Enjoy.

Yeah, using them only when I have procs otherwise it's a dps lost.
Spell Speed+ Det would be the way i go. I started atma Relic for the fact that my soldiery weapon is not cutting it anymore.
But i cringe doing yet another Relic up to Zeta, bleh
Yes and no. In a ratio 1:1 Det is better than Crit. But quantity beats quality when it comes to det and crit. Take for example Augmented gloves + augmented hats versus dreadwyrm gloves + dreadwyrm hat. They have 29 accuracy and 29 spell speed each. Augmented set has 28 det and dreadwyrm set has 40 crit. 40 Crit > 28 Det. For Relic, Spd and Det is the way to go but it's not true for the rest of the gear.
Also! Slide Casting Exercise I hope it will help some fellows.
