No, anything like this actually needs to be in-game. The free Company communication options are borderline garbage in-game. A clunky external work around will not help the situation IMHO. Holy crap, even a simple "All FC members" option on Moogle mail would help, as would an in-game bulletin board in the FC house. But I do think it's about time that the character limit was raised considerably, holy crap, it's not like Moogles are limited by SMS limitations is it?

Moogle mail length should be 2K characters at least.
Moogle mail should allow mailing of FC membership by officers/Company masters.
Options to allow officers to mail the company should be added to the FC rank/hierarchy options.
FC discussion board should be added in-game as a bulletin board in the FC house, with a calendar option, or at least a notice board where information can be posted.

Honestly when an old PS3 online JRPG like White Knight Chronicles offers far better communication options within a guild/FC than a 'modern' MMORPG, there is something wrong.
