    Yes, they changed it and unfortunately posts like this are NOW currently a ban-able offense... shame you didn't read the agreement first before agreeing to it and doing something that the agreement disagrees with... a truly disagreeable circumstance.

    Given the fact that players can now 'gift' purchases through the Mog Station to other players I would assume the changes in the ToS were to cover eventualities related to this.
