    I'd agree to locking a barrier around a boss fight if someone is watching a cut-scene only IF they make it so cut-scenes automatically progress (maybe make it so only cut-scenes in duties/trials/raids auto-progress), and IF it only applies to a persons first time watching the cut-scene.

    If this lockout happens, then I'd agree to avoid queueing for story df.

    And I will be far from alone in this assessment.

    If you directly limit those who are primarily there to allow fast, effective completion of the dungeons, even for newbies, then you are indirectly punishing these younger players because they will lose the willingness of others to help them through the content. Hours in queue to play nearly exclusively with scrubs is a likely consequence.

    If that is what you want, go ahead and pursue this agenda further.
