    Anything you spirit bond has the chance to turn elemental. Melds affect the speed in which it bonds, but won't do anything to affect the outcome.

    That's incorrect. Crafting equipment never turns into elemental materia. Aetheryte Rings arent classified as crafting equipment, so they can turn into elemental materias. They wont ever convert into crafting materias.

    Sadly, bc of the Spiritbond +1, the rings fall under battlefield convert tables, yet desynth still gives FC demis. Too bad they're still Crafter BIS.

    Ok i see now, i assumed they were classified as crafting accessories because so many crafters wear it, that's why i thought doh turned elemental. But apparently the sb+1 makes it battle.
