Try having your main on a server where there are zero housing plots left and current owners are selling smalls for 20 mil. :\ That's right, No larges, no mediums, no smalls.

They aren't, at least not on Heavensward release.

I sure hope its not that long. I would love to own a personal house but every small and almost every medium plot on Gilgamesh is gone. The few mediums that are available are like 15m. Its almost to the point where im seriously considering transferring to a lower pop server but im scared of not having anyone to run dungeons with.
