Titan-Egi can tank duty bosses.

I just did a run where the tank let me use Titan to tank all the bosses. And it worked really well. The egi never lost agro and it generally really fun to do. However I have yet to try out doing it on trash mobs. Since it has weak AOE agro, I dont think that may work out unless you alternate basic attacks between each mob and spam his spin.

I did a Tam-Tara run as a Summoner tank. It's tricky, but doable providing your party doesn't go nuts on the mobs. You just have to go backwards through the mobs, letting the egi attack each one until you get to the one you want to kill first. So long as you don't pull hate off him and the party isn't attacking the first one you did things should go smoothly.

That was due to an error on SE's part for not scaling lightning damage to him correctly.

I'd like to see a Titan-Egi tank a Titan, just for the weird novelty of it.

Then when the summoner's party wins, he has to turn to the Kobolds and say "Where's your god NOW!?"

Do titan-egi runs of dungeons often. So far up to quarn hm and sastasha hm all tanked fine by titan egi - and that includes trash. And not really planned as well. Just 4 of us noone wants to tank... let titan-egi tank. And queue up drex/drhigh hehe. Ahh and a snowcloak as well when the tank was having connection problems. We got through to the last boss before they've managed to reconnect.

Yeah, I believed that got patched out a while ago, can't exactly remember when though.
