Forgot about cleric stance so not a silly question! I will try that out, and hopefully it helps.

Cleric Stance is a massive increase in damage, so that should help a lot! Shadow Flare is actually really helpful here, since it has a DoT and a slow effect. Make sure you're using Bane to spread those DoTs around, too. Miasma has the Disease debuff, which makes mobs move slower and regain less hp from healing magic.
