RNG is just luck. No effort. With luck you have to do almost nothing. Without luck you can spend your whole life and still get nothing. And what got 20-30% droprates?

Obviously not. Maybe some of those 3 star cards out of dungeons. But even that means a chance 70-80% to NOT get it. Trials got a lot lesser drop chance for sure. You can of course get it with the first try, even with a chance of 0,0001% it would be possible.

the 10-20% ex trial droprate isnt bad too, it takes less than 5 minutes for the most primals
the cards are way more common than primals mounts and never someone ever complained about these

Sure 5 minute for ex primaes. Actually Primae are not the problem beside Shiva and Mogry - and they don't got a 20% droprate for sure and it's not like that everyone got a farm group on her hand to farm those (shiva easier than mog, though).

Ex Primae below 5 minutes? Yeah, sure... And it's still luck and NOT 30% droprate by far.
