I agree, this is a nice thing you're doing for the less fortunate. May I suggest a slight alteration to the pricing? I'd sure hate to blow 5 mil and get nothing at all, so maybe 5 mil could be for the run and a credit for one free drop, which could be used during the run or carried over to subsequent runs (that 4 mil you mentioned).

A potential customer would be more willing to pay up if they didn't fear losing everything and gaining nothing. I know I would.

you could do 6 mil and guarantee one drop and you wouldn't lose any gil and the player would still be guaranteed a drop.

Wouldn't that run the risk of the possibility of a second run, in which would have to be free if NOTHING dropped in the first dungeon. From a business standpoint i'm not sure that would work considering they would be loosing out, however you would gain customer loyalty I guess

To be completely honest, I'm not going to argue over 1mil either way if someone wants to go but doesn't want to pay 6m and instead would pay 5m.
