The WHAT THE HECK $40 DELIVERY CHARGE???????

CE $130 ok was expecting this and since no clear info on other stores getting them or even a time fram or much less how many will be available ok ordered.

$40 delivery charge? Ugh well I do want it on release day.

Ok got my code unlocked it put it in.

Checks out forum for fun ..........WHAT THE HECK OTHER STORES ARE GETING THEM I DEMAND A REFUND ON THE DELIVERY CHARGE.

From 16th on Monday they have messed this stuff up so much EU site down due to server crash the price EU players have to pay is outrageous SE has been dropping the ball In all this info since Monday. We weren't told exactly when or for that matter if other retailers are or are not going to be get CE to pre order. People went to stores to get info called the stores customer service to get info only to be told very little to nothing at all.

So people bought their CE on the SE store regardless of price because they wanted their copy secured only to find out a few days latter me sadly about 2 hours ago for us to finally get the real info that yes they will be able pre order in stores outside SE store.......

And now people are stuck with being over priced on this because they unlocked their codes being stuck with a delivery charge when we could just do a store pick up I'm sure im not the only one angry about this.

Ok so let's sum up the facts
1 EU pricing over priced
2 late info on if stores will get the CE and also Quantitys
3 the outrageous delivery charge.
4 And worse of all you had well over a week after the announcement at PAX to get all this info together in the forum to all retailers the web store crashes the pricing and worse the delivery charges.

Yup I dare say you messed up SE ( applause here for every one realizeing that SE is indeed humans who make big mistakes like every one else and some times they can't fix every thing on time.)
Well that's my rant SE I would love to hear your replie on all this and if any thing you plan on making amends in some way to the people who stuck with you threw 1.0 and all the people of the current 2.0 generation.

Just going to be "that guy" but, I find it funny when people complain about the high delivery charge when they most likely picked the quickest shipping >_> Don't want a high charge? Pick slower shipping, it won't kill you to wait a few more days.

Pretty much the above. I picked standard shipping rather than pay more than I had to. I believe we get access for a period of time until the physical copies arrive, so unless it's insanely late/gets lost in the mail there shouldn't be a problem either way. :P

1. Europe is not overpriced, last year when XIV came out the Euro was worth 1.5 to the 1 american dollar. As it stands now the Euro is worth 1.059 to the 1 american dollar meaning that yes the price of 130 is proper as are the other prices.

$40 is the cheapest for shipping if you want it delivered to Canada. $71 is the quickest shipping method.

Stuff shipped directly from the company that makes it (this being the SE store) usually ships out early to arrive couple days before or on the release date.
