All the spam comes from Ul'Dah, a city that loves making money. Most bots you see are BLM's with the ability to fly around, Aetherial Manipulation.

Role players I assume you mean, not roll players. Pretty sure the reason most RMT spammers are in Ul'dah is simply because it tends to be the city with the most new players present which RMT hope to convince to give them their RL money for a Gil advantage.

Reason they are in Uldah is because most of the RMT bots are BLMs and the THM guild is there... just like you see the archers at gridania all the time.

I woke up after last maintenance and made 7 place holders. Since you get 2 fantasias. If you do not stand around in the city areas I get 1 or 2 a day. Some of them are polite enough I don't even blacklist them they only send 1 tell.
