New Jobs coming! Which is right for you?

Sticking with white mage as main, and levelling new (and old) jobs really slowly when no one needs me to white mage for them.

That is, until they introduce samurai of course

Machinist definitely interests me the most so far of the 3. It sounds very different and interesting with charge-up shots and reloading and different attachments and turrets and *gets overwhelmed* :P

That said, the recent revelations of how Astrologian will play have grabbed my curiosity. Currently SCH is my secondary job, but I think AST may have a chance of replacing it, at least as my main healer if MCH is too much fun.

I can't see myself switching mains from Monk though

I was awaiting a DRK (my favorite job) as a DPS pretty much from the beginning. During that time, I played PLD as a tank (my favorite role).
Now, they offer me my favorite job as my favorite role, even if it was kind of unexepected.

As for the two other jobs...well, i'm only a little curious about how they will play.

I am going to be raiding on AST, since kind of fed up playing SCH since launch.

However, MCH looks really really really really interesting . Hope its implimented well.

I've had a tarot card deck since I was a young teen so when I saw Astrologian I got pretty excited since they use cards and divination apparently! I am also happy they are a healer class since I've been mostly a career healer throughout all the MMO's I've played and tried. I can't wait to add Astrologian to my healer repertoire.

I am quite conflicted and I\\\\'ll likely need more info before I know for certain. Before the reveal i was all about whatever the gun class was going to be, but then they did something I hadnt anticipated, they made the gun class a pet user....

I was prepared for the gun class being a dps, support, or even a healer, but a dps/buffer/debuffer/pet user?

My favorite class of all time from any game was corsair, always will be probably, so I had secretly hoped for something paying homage to it, but what it seems like they have done is taken corsair and split it down the middle and created 2 jobs, Machinist and Astrologian. Machinist got the gun and a little buffing, and Astrologian got the cards and a little buffing. So I suppose it will ultimately come down to which part did I enjoy more, the cards or the gun, and of course how each class plays.

I see myself either going machinist main and Astrologian secondary or vice versa, I need more information first.
