    Well according to some people "small change" mean dealing 9999999999 damage anytime you want!

    BLM : Manawall can now be used on party members
    Bard : Mana song also affect the bard
    SMN : Fester no longer cost aetherflow. Mana cost : 150
    MNK : GL is a passive effect
    Ninja : Ninjutsu no longer have a cooldown. Instead ninjutsu related attacks were given their own individual cooldowns.
    DRG : Jumps have invincibility frames
    SCH : you can summon Eos and selene at the same time
    WHM : Cure III have had its range increase to 15 yard radius
    PLD : Block absorb 100% of physical damage
    WAR : Steel cyclone and Inner beast now cost 130TP instead of defiance stacks thingy
