SE will not let me Pre order a collector's edition

one way you could get you CE is to get a friend or relative to pre order or you pre order to them in the UK and then get them to send it to the USA

Pretty much what I am having to do is have my brother in England pre order this using my account all I need is the god damn keys I can get the install files from my wife's copy I donno why se just doesn't sell the keys through the moogle store it be so much easier and convenient.

Take a look at the game itself: sticking to bad design ideas (cash shop, housing, overuse of RNG, etc),

Cash shop is purely cosmetic, it does not give you any in game advantage and is in no way required to play.
Housing is a bad design? Is that why it's so popular in this and many other MMOs??
RNG is the staple of gaming. I agree that there should be something new, but until someone comes up with a good system, it's pretty much going to stay (it's in the majority of games in the world ... not just MMOs).

I suspect he was referring to the particulars of how it was implemented here. Every world gets the same number of houses despite very different levels of demand instead of, say, instanced housing. Personal housing competing with FC housing (and costing the same, to boot). Things like chocobo dying being gated behind housing for no adequately explained reason. . .

I've been getting that error too, even when I try to buy the Digital CE code. This is ridiculous SE, please add more countries to your EU online shop.

So I finally managed to order my damn digital CE copy by using my brothers PC in the UK now am not sure where to use the pre order code I received as it seem like there is a site somewhere for the NA (not found it yet) to use but it doesn't look there is one for EU users yet XD unless someone knows and would like to share the link.

But really SE I can understand region locking when the product is cheaper but when am physically paying more because of conversion rates (which you don't seem to follow in your pricing) It makes about as much sense as when you released FFXIV 1.0 it the mess that is was........
