There is no import or export rules for this the game is being shipped from the UK it isn't getting imported to us in fact we are exporting it to the rest of the EU so in that sense the rest of the EU should pay more, but instead it's cheaper for you.
I think I'm going to try a two pronged attack on this. Firstly, I'll report them on the EU front - as an EU member state I think legally we can't be excluded from purchasing the item in euros or a pound equivalent as we can't be discriminated against for living in a different EU country. Might be dubious since it's software but it is a physical item so I'm going to make that case.
Secondly going to complain to SE on a moral standpoint, as we are clearly being discriminated against for living in the UK and being made to feel we aren't as important as other customers in other parts of the world. And as a legacy player who supported this game from the start makes me angry.
Will post my letters here after I've written them!
Hi Niqoote,EB is one of the retailers that will be carrying the Physical/boxed CE here in Aus.
Look around at the various AUS threads where the mod has already confirmed this ^^
Our digital CE price is $68.99 AUS - So only $10 more then the NA equivalent.
I am interested to see the price of the physical CE.
No I am just curious if the price stayed the same for the Europeans are it appeared before at 130 pounds which I think is a bit far fetched to have 130USD = 130 GBP
Hope EB is going to put up something soon
Edit: Looks like someone answered by question earlier they did not changed it and kept it at 130 GBP. I am not sure if this bodes well for us Aussies having to bear the grunt of the exchange rate as well 130 GBP is like 250 AUDor maybe we get lucky to have it at 130AUD lol

AUS I'm guessing for us here be $250AUD = £129 = USD $190
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD CE US $99 AUS $200

You have a reference price but it needs to be adjusted to fit the countries where it is delivered and it cant be the same just by applying a simple exchange rate. Why you think I cant pay in GB? No matter what I do I CANNOT buy the product you are speaking of in GBP, I had to pay it in EUR....not even in USD..not allowed. why is that ? tell me ?
Besides that I agree, 400 % seems a bit much.

Well, SE are ignoring us, so why not do the sensible thing? Email your favourite gaming website, inform them of the situation, when articles start popping up which show that SE are being pretty disgusting towards their UK customers, then SE's reputation as a whole starts to get hit, and their PR department will get involved. Gamers don't like being taken for a ride, so the comments will be along the lines of "that's pretty sick SE, I was going to buy XXX but not now".
