    Maybe I'm missing something - how does that mean he's lying to us? Does he work in SE's finance/marketing department or is he just customer service? If the latter then he wouldn't know any reasoning behind the pricing structure.

    At least he acknowledges that SE seems to have a piss poor record of good communication with customers. Just look at the London Fan Fest website - it's still linked on the EU Lodestone, and the mini site even has "check back soon for more info!" messages for an event that was held 5 months ago...

    surely you can find the department or manager who can indeed give us a reason as why the decision was made, Or at-least confirm that someone in the EU offices is in the process of finding out that info from whatever department in whatever country.

    Im sure SE have company emails with address book and failing that, then as a "Customer" i would like to know who i can email/write a letter to request this info or process?

    Whilst Kahuna can't give us info he doesn't know, he should know the company directory enough to at-least get in touch with someone who can point him or us in the right direction

    This is OUTRAGEOUS. I won't get the CE. Hell no, not a chance, and I don't even live in a € country.
    This is a disgusting kind of behavior consumers have been putting up with for too long. Stand together, don't get the game until the price has been adjusted.

    Pretty much this, I'm sorry but I have lost all respect for SE. This is just pure greed and they know it. If it wasn't they would have said something on the matter but they haven't. So we all can say that SE is just one greedy company. If by any chance I see this thread vanish it will support this point. They are seeing the way people are reacting yet they are staying silent about it. This just shows they hardly care for said customers. The sheer amount of backlash SE has had so far im surprised they haven't put any form of statement is beyond me.
