just made my PC digital CE pre-order, please help

So I placed the order, no email but I was able to unlock the code, verify the code, then it tells me that I have to register it to the mog station, the only place I can see you can add it is the enter item code, but then it tells me the code is incorrect or something like that, is there another place to add the code that I overlooked? also how would you add a PS4 CE code to the PS4 if you ordered it from the SE store?

Ok thanks, must have over looked that part of the page, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation email about my order yet, would that still be coming?

I've just pre-ordered the digital collectors edition, how do I find the codes? (I know they can't be used yet, I just want to know where they are for future reference).

You should have gotten an email that will give you all the info. What version do you play? For me, as a ps4 user it said "pending" for my code. So some might not get theirs just yet.
