
May I ask what your ticket is about and what is tier 3?The current pricing model that Square Enix has adopted is absolutely appalling.
Not just for Heavensward, but other recent games such as type-0 and KH2.5 remaster.
I can guarantee, with the price that was on the UK store this morning, a huge fraction of the people who had committed to buying the physical CE edition will now not buy it at all.
I've submitted a ticket to the support desk that has been escalated to the tier 3 support team and I am expecting a response today.
