NPCs moving to Ishgard...

Are you talking about the Crystal Tower sidequest? Because even if he moves, he could still come back to check on the progress of what's going on in St Coinach's. He doesn't have to be there constantly.

If I'm remembering correctly, there are a couple of points, aside from his interim positioning, where he's actually pinned to the map as an interactive NPC, not unlike the Scions in MS quests, though never as a direct objective. There are workarounds, of course, but those can go both ways. Biggs and Wedge, on the other hand, may need to find a way to be in two places at once, or simply never show up in the MS again.

Considering the Scions have just been hit by the Ascians and that we have a traitor in the Crystal Brave, I won't be surprised if the Scion operations may be moved to Ishgard as a temporary hideout due to events of 2.55 or that the Scions go MIA due to the events of 2.55 and the WoL is forced to hide in Ishgard through a good part of 3.0 until the other Scions are found.

Wait, a traitor in the Braves? I don't remember seeing anything of the like mentioned in the cutscenes, and I didn't skip any of them... I know Ul'dah is pretty messed up and gonna get worse in 2.55...

You didn't see the hints in 2.5 MSQ that a certain someone in the Crystal brave may have been lying to the WoL and have been giving false information to other members of the Crystal Brave involving the Black Market Traders in Ul'dah?

Not to mention the sudden death of a Black market Weapon trader when there was no possible way for a assassin to sneak to the black market trader's location without being spotted?

I kind of hated how that untwist played out. She did actually confess, though it may have been a case of one spy outing another faction's spy to improve his own image.

It confirms the Ul'dahn Traitor(beginning CS), but as far as the actual CSs it doesn't say anything. Probably something in the actual story text that isn't in CS records. Probably have to go back for those story sequences to see...

Well those are from the Journal in the Inn but sadly that does not record all the cutscenes. The Unending Journal did not record the Ul'dah cutscenes where the WoL had to deal with the Black Market Weapon Dealer and the WoL discussion with the other Crystal braves members over strange events (misinformation, sudden death of key witnesses, and etc) happening in their investigation in the Black Market Dealers.

Yeah, I've a second I need to speed through to 2.55's story(think I'm sitting on 2.1 or so...) so I'll make sure I read closely on the text that isn't the actual cutscenes, and grab some screenshots. I just don't really remember seeing anything about a Crystal Brave having a traitor like the Flames...
