can MNK get a somewhat acceptable AOE skills?

Dint feel like making new topic, but would a burst skill for mnk be to OP

If anyone played ragnarok online, monks there are mainly fast attack combo system like here too but by sacrificing all their MP they can do a massive burst damage


Maybe in here we could sacirfice all gl3 stack (or gl4 if my wish comes true for hw) and use them for one big burst

To balance ot maybe make is so after youuse that attack you cant gain gl stack for 30 sec or somethong

I will love to see something like Supreme Azura's Fist in FFXIV. That skill is the most awesome in entire Ragnarok

How about they just decrease the TP needed for Rock Breaker?

How about decreasing the TP cost of AoE's in general, I mean they are way too high while AoEs are situational, I mean it's not like you can really abuse AoEs anyway, there is nothing to justify the double TP cost on AoE moves, 70 would be fine but no way in hell 120-130.
Even then BLM blow everyone out of the water in the AoE department while having 0 recourse issues.
As for MNK AoE there is still hope that they get a useful raptor skill by the time they reach 60.

MNK's AoE DPS is fine, its just a bit more complicated than the other jobs. I would say MNK beat DRG and BRD slightly without PB and easily with PB. Though NIN has replaced MNK as the new single-target king, their AoE DPS is probably the worse in the game, but not that much worse. The problem with NIN AoE is that they burn through their TP like MAD without much to show for it.

Or you can run BLM and be the top in both ST and AoE. You have to really not suck and depend on BRDs for ST though.

Uh Monk can't beat a bard without PB ... Or it's a bad Bard.

No way in hell does Monk aoe beat Bard, or drg for that matter.
If someone does more damage as Monk then a Bard or drg, those said players are not good at all, or is the Bard perhaps using quicknock, lol
