Let me enlighten you with the common answer from SE that has been thrown in the face of these requests repeatedly:

There are currently server optimization issues which make implementing these things difficult. Please give SE more time, they promise it will all be resolved eventually

SE knows about all of these things and they're all on 'to do' lists somewhere. Discussion on the points will not shorten the "medium future" timeline of these things. If that excuse isn't good enough you should move on to a new game because that's the line you're going to get for a few months yet.

I'd consider SE a lost cause until they prove otherwise. The time for the player base telling them how to improve on these points came and went. Plenty of great suggestions were made and all of them are "being considered" or in the works. It's their head on a plate if some better games come along before they get these things in order.
