    I understand it wipes out all TP above 2000, but why doesn't the tool tip reflect that?
    Sorry for the confusion, Chief. The Doomspike ability, and several others (Maim, Simian Thrash, Riot Blade), does in fact consume TP over the base cost of 2000 up to a maximum of 3000. As you stated, this absolutely should be reflected in the help text for those abilities, and so I've just added it. These changes will go live in 1.19.

    I noticed this yesterday too, it'd be nice if we could gear a clearer explanation of what the additional TP does. I'm not entirely sure we any would want to use this over using 3 1000TP abilities -- Mine (Rank 14) averages 550 or so damage, where as I can do Skewer, Circle Slash, and Moonrise for 220+ damage each...
