    I don't know how... but although I am Legacy I got my cloud outfit yesterday. I never used time-cards and after talking to some friends... in theory I shouldn't have the time due to the free days we got. I've been buying in 180 day chunks though... so maybe that's why?

    Yes that would be why you get all the rewards in that 6 month sub period when your sub renews.
