They could always make a specific glamour for it, like the Emperor's stuff. Of course, then you wouldn't be able to see your current weapon ball thing.

Given that they'll need some way to deal damage when soloing I'd say it's a safe bet that the stances are 'healing' and 'damage' stances. I suppose it may have more complexity than the Cleric Stance toggle though since the implication is that they have two skills for stances as opposed to a single on/off toggle. In the presentation they teased that they were going to go into the stances later in the video but then they completely forgot to do so...
