Personally I wouldn't trust anyone doing this... What's stopping the person doing this from taking your item, placing you on blacklist and walking away?

I've been told that GMs uphold written agreements. So if you call a GM, they check your chat logs with the guy and see that he ripped you off, he'll be getting in trouble.

As mentioned above, one thing GMs actually do enforce is written agreements. As long as you get the person to confirm the agreement clearly before the trade via chat then if they decide to scam you they will be held accountable.

That said, I see people selling dyes in PF for around 50-200k a pop depending on the type. Generally it's the cash shop, jet black and pure white I see at higher prices. I don't know if anybody actually buys them or if it's just people advertising to try and sell though.
