TT only one rare card per deck?

So I started playing TT and collecting some cards. I've won a few from some NPCs and also got a couple drops from dungeons/raids. But when I try to use more than one card that has more than 1 star it tells me I am not allowed to use multiple "rare" cards. But that seems silly. The NPCs have multiple 2 or 3 star cards. No matter what I do, I can only use one two star and the rest have to be ones. I have one 5 star (Van Baelsar).

Am I doing something wrong here? halp! ty

about that to get more 2 stars you need to get 30 of the cards and 60 for 3 star decks

    The NPCs cheat.

You can get to play unlimited ** cards once you've acquired 30 total, and unlimited *** once you've gotten 60 cards. But you'll still be limited to one ****/***** card unlike the NPCs which don't obey any published rules.

The bastards...I "like" how Gegeruju(dude in costa) states he feels swindled when you beat him, in that he was told he had the best deck money can buy. FK u and your pay2win a$$. I'm taking all the things from u. ^.^

Just farm cards, and then NPC's. My general rule was one NPC for 15-20 rounds. If no card drops roll out to next victim. Most of the NPC's will drop two cards, some three and others only one. I will say once you hit 30 things change, mostly for the better. As you gain cards you will see how your strats change, and at times using your starter deck is better in some situations.

But definitely go 30cards > whoop 30 NPC's > farm for 60. Currently at 39cards and am parked at the imperial for a chance at his four.

They also cheat in non-open environment - they know exactly which numbers you have and can block you, but sometimes they expose their cards like idiots too. Its a bit weird. Its like % based.
60% chance to use that card at the right spot, 40% chance to slam it at a stupid spot

    stuff like that.

Overall the AI is pretty dumb, and aggressive. That you can use to your advantage most times. With them being aggressive you can bait them to an easily taken position. Might take a few runs to recognize the pattern and cards hey use, but once you see it you can set your deck to properly take them down. Despite all the +'s they get to take us down, the one they don't get that we do is the ability to adjust. Them being limited to 5-8 cards gives us that advantage at least.

Ex: NPC has 9A card, 8/10 times it can be baited to use it on a weak card, just to take it for the flop. Which in turn you take with a medium card and remains unflippable. Other times it will pop it in a corner and lock it there. Great play if your are under fallen ace, even better with descension in effect.

The AI can play quite well at times, I would not overly underestimate it if I were you. As far as being aggresive, depends on the kind of cards you play. Once you use stronger cards you will find the AI playing defensive much more often.
