The Vulcan Knights: A Realm Truly Reborn

Anyone who has played FFXiV for more than 5 minutes has probably seen this message in a tell from a bot; the first hundred or so times I completely disregarded it, but then for no apparent reason I said those four words aloud, “Let’s make things better” and suddenly realized the potential they carried. If you’re like me, you've played countless MMO’s before, and there’s been a few times where you've really enjoyed a game but either didn't know how to approach a group of people, didn't feel like you fit in with said group of people, or truthfully didn't really like the community. I've been there. I believe we all have at some point. I also believe that the secret to enjoying ANYTHING in life is finding people who you can enjoy that “anything” with.

Thus The Vulcan Knights were born.

*fast forward 3 weeks*

Fulcanelli and I currently have around 20 knights and we are absolutely content with every single one of them, to put it simply, we don’t really need to recruit. But we would like to share what we have all been building together with people of a similar mindset. All of us have end game content in mind and are working towards that together, helping each other and learning from one another along the way. There are some “interesting” personalities in The Vulcan Knights so FC Chat can get weird-- but in a good way. We don’t have an age restriction and/or requirement but most of our members are in their 20’s so you can expect respect and a drama free environment, though we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

In conclusion, we are a new FC with a lot of new players so we are still building. If you’re looking for an established Rank 8 Free Company, The Vulcan Knights aren’t for you. But if you want to be apart of something special and create something amazing then look no further.

As of today, we have both a FC Website and a Teamspeak Server (courtesy of Afta).

We are also finally a Rank 6 FC with a small house located at Plot 47, 7th Ward, The Goblet.

I'd like to add, that we prefer new players who would like to progress through content as a team or people who like progressing at a casual pace. Many of our members that started playing recently, just hit level 45 and above.

If you're new and interested in raids, please join, at this time we'd really like to have DPS as we seem to have an abundance of Tanks/ Healers but we'll take anyone as we'll be needing bigger parties for 24-man raids.
