Why I dont like the rock music for Shiva

This is right. It's suppose to be a juxtaposition of the themes. The duality of her own self image.

It's not expected that everyone loves every boss track, I think. I know a few people who can't stand Leviathan's music, and I think a lot of people haven't paid attention to Ifrit's theme in a long time.

I am one of them, I can't stand it. In my opinion it is just obnoxious and headache inducing, and it really fails to set the mood. You are supposedly in an epic confrontation with a god like being and the music does not convey that at all.
