Achievements for achievements?

HI all

I know this might sound a little strange at first, but I would like to request for an "Achievements" category under "Character", that would reward bonus items based on the number of achievement points obtained through content completion.

These achievements themselves would be worth 0 points, but would give a small trinket/minion/title/etc for those who like to work towards goals.

As it stands, having a large amount of achievement points means nothing to the general community. Most people currently don't even care about achievement points, and even less feel there is any worth in working on increasing the number of points obtained. Many of my friends who started at 2.0 launch don't even have 3000 points yet, which considering the staggering number of achievements available is rather sad that achievements are not so valued

I would like to have something added in to give the achievement point system more relevancy, and give an actual point to the accrual of achievement points.

Example:

Over-achiever I: Obtain 1000 achievement points - Title: Quiet Achiever
Over-achiever II: Obtain 2000 achievement points - Title: Modest Achiever
Over-achiever III: Obtain 3000 achievement points - Glamour piece of gear (accessory/armour)
Over-achiever IV: Obtain 5000 achievement points - Minion: Bright Star (random name I came up with)
Over-achiever IV: Obtain 7500 achievement points - Title: Honest Achiever

Being as most of the rewards for achievements currently are glamour gear and minions, why would more achievements with more glamour gear and minions entice anyone who wasn't already trying to get them?

there are a LOT of achievements that give NOTHING other than achievement points.

These achievement would be retrospective, so if you already had 3000 achievement points then you get the items/titles

the super fun thing of this idea is there is currently no way to get 5000 or 7500 points so it would last for a while as well with heavenwards making the 5000 achievable and the next expansion for the 7500
