As a healer you look at the party list all the time. I do not play warrior and I am terrible at warrior but I esuna asap.As a healer and not someone who uses Warrior all that much, I don't actually *know* the icon for Berserk off the top of my head, and by the time I notice the Pacification icon, it's usually too late anyways, especially if you were casting something else when Berserk went down.

Yes, I use my 1 second cast time Leech to knock off the 1 second left on the timer Pacification.
Constantly.
Because I'm usually mid-cast for something else when I notice the 5-second Pacification debuff pop up.

It's not really necessary for the healer to remove the pacification effect anyway. It is so brief that it really doesn't cause any problems unless you use berserk at bad times. By the time the debuff hits I've got threat locked on me and I'm not going to lose it in those 5 seconds, and if you are in a fight with a mechanic coming up that you need full use of your abilities to handle, you just need to plan the use of berserk around that.

There are times in serious-ish content where if I don't want to get esuna'd right away. If I'm off-tanking and trying to put out the sick deeps I'll start dipping low into my TP and that five second break really helps sometimes. It's only at those times though that I see healers on top of that and Esuna me right away. Where are they at when I'm MT'ing???
I know of a Tank (and I won't say who) who to this day I have no clue what he does. Never seen Storm's Path up. Rarely see Storm's Eye up except for big moments and I know he's not spamming Butcher's Block since he would be pulling hate. Rarely even ever saw Maim up and thinks his only worthwhile CD's are Inner Beast and Vengeance. So he's not using his attacks, not putting up CD's and not really doing much of anything. Still not sure what he actually does.
ON TOPIC: I'm seeing a lot more people in the 24 man raids playing their jobs really well. Playing songs as a Bard and Ninja's goading people. Makes my heart all warm and fuzzy.
