People crying about the grind in this game, let me direct to a real grind game, i.e. Lineage 1 and lineage 2.

The grind isn't hard at all, just tedious. Also everything you mentioned is optional, and I mean everything.

Optional yes but put in for all to have "fun" with, but there is a point when the "fun" wears off and it turns into grind and people get tired of the content that may have brought them to the game.
