Generally, I advise a tank and a healer. Both are perfectly capable of DPSing for non-dungeon content, and for dungeons those are the two lesser-played roles, and so you'll have near instant queues to get in together. This means Conjurer and either Gladiator or Marauder. Past level 30, Scholar also works as a healer, but it means leveling Arcanist to 30 first (which is a DPS)

can always use a tank and arcanist til 30. It actually still goes pretty quick
