It should be 1 why would it be anything else? I've never heard of an MMO releasing a new job and having it start at a higher level and honestly it would upset me a lot if they did it that way I mean they might as well just start you at level 50 with full ilvl 100 gear when you make a character in that case we wouldn't want anyone behind or anything
