Unfortunately ever since the last Halloween event, all seasonal gear/accessories from previous years become cash shop items and unattainable during the current year's event.

Just as in the Valentione stuff, the earrings will most likely be available via the Cash shop when it's closer. They have a maintenance plan around the event that can be seen with the Eternal bonding stuff so they may use that opportunity to slip in the event and the cash shop items.

The seasonal items were available for purchase well before the event started, that's been the case with every event since ASW. Little Ladies' Day is just a few days away with nothing up for purchase. However, the Mog Station seems to be undergoing maintenance as of this posting so let's hope they're putting in the earrings from last year.

Yes, but the Halloween event had maintenance and the items were added in the day of. I'm not exactly sure why they put the Valentione stuff in so early but the Halloween and Christmas items were added in day of.

That doesn't mean we WON'T eventually get clothing like that. It's not that hard to make a robe with those features, I should think. Everything that exists is viable to have something made of it, and if enough people ask, they are more likely to do it!
