Are you serious? you actually asked for some kind of refund for a congested server? That is just plain stupid. Why should they do that?

I guess because he pays for service and there is no service. Some people took time off to play this, time = money and all.

Then that's the mistake he made, just because the server is congested doesn't mean you should feel like your entitled so some sort of refund.
You are paying for a monthly sub not a daily one.
Get over it, SE will fix the problems soon.

That really rustled My jimmies when i saw someone ask for a refund over something like a pay to play game, sure maybe if the game was offline for two or three weeks but come on! its been a few hours...
