I think the coils and extremes count to that <o<;;; that means I will never have it because I won't be able to tank 200 of those instances.

As I understand it, that is all that counts at the moment. Seems odd that this was something that was supposed to make people play tanks and yet the places tanks go most often, dungeons, are omitted from the list. I hear often that the devs should come up with some incentive for tanks to run low level roulette, but this is something that they could do for this.
