I see, another question

Is PLD better than GLD? and Ninja better than Rogue? that part has me a bit confused Or is the secondary class usually the best? as in once i become PLD there is no point in using GLD.. hope that made sense

There is absolutely not reason to ever be GLD again once you unlock PLD unless it's some sort of goofy self-imposed challenge. Sword Oath and Shield Oath are important skills and are exclusive to PLD.
The same applies to all of the class->job evolutions. There's a reason SE is just flatout dropping the concept for future jobs, as again other than self-imposed challenges and MAYBE PVP, there's no reason to take your job crystal off.
In fact you can't use the relic for your job (which is POTENTIALLY the best or second best weapon you have access to, though it takes a long time to get) unless your crystal is on.

My GLD is lvl 20 when will i get my chocobo quest?

Also noticed a Rogue running like the naruto characters but my lvl 3 Rogue does not have that cool run .. Not sure why?

Does ffxiv sell that potion that lets you remake your character or is it only a one time gift?

1) Miqo'te master race.
2) Miqo'te master race (though it doesn't really matter, they all look fine. Roe looks kinda silly but that's just cuz they're big hulking hulksters you wouldn't expect to be roguish)
3) GC quest at level 20ish. You get the ability to have it help you in combat at level 30, also through a quest
4) It's a perk of the NIN job crystal being equipped. And pleeeeease don't equate it to Naruto. The "Ninja Run" predates the AUTHOR of naruto's birth by many, many, MANY years. It's more often called a "bird run"
5) Yes they sell it. They might also give away one as an early adopter bonus for the new expansion, but absolutely nothing has been confirmed and it's just rumors. (though i think it's logical because of the nature of this game's character system)

Your Chocobo's progression is completely independent from your own (so yes: it'll be able to fight alongside you even on Lv.1), so no problem there.

Also remember: to unlock the quest to get your Paladin, you NEED to have leveled Gladiator to Lv.30 AND Conjurer to Lv.15

Yes, this is to help you get past lvl 30 more easily and makes grinding lower classes (since remember at this point you need to get a specific class to 15 in order to unlock your job) faster and easier.
Makes doing FATEs and levequests at max much faster lemme tell you.
