    Yeah! You go ahead and blacklist those job abilities. Also, I'm pretty sure something that you do that annoying everyone around you (more so if he is using a 3rd party program to do it non stop) is absolutely a reportable offense. Where did you learn that being annoying is not against the ToS?

    Wasn't the point. He is proving why blacklisting people who spam noisy AoEs like Ring of Thorns is useless, it doesn't block the noise or animation.
