I think he's requesting food that simultaneously increases Craftsmanship and Control because Housing items don't really need CP. Currently no such food exists, as far as I know. Here is a list of some! http://www.gameskinny.com/57ghv/ffxi...classeshttp://
There is no use for control in furniture creation, as furniture cant be HQ'd.
While there is little use for CP (due to the ease of NQ crafting), it still has some use.
Edit: Guess I misunderstood the OPs question.
Crafting high-end furniture is as much a part of being an accomplished crafter as crafting equipment is.
Personally I see no reason to be able to craft say, an Ice Chandelier; when you have no interest in playing as someone with a serious interest in crafting.
The basic furnitures; everyone can make those with only a little effort.

You don't use the Control for HQing the furniture, you use it for meeting the prerequisite required to do the craft. You are required to have 407 Control on 4* furniture regardless of it being HQable.
Also I fail to see why crafting high-end furniture has anything to do with being an accomplished crafter. All furniture, regardless of tier, requires no effort to make. The sign of being an accomplished crafter is being able to unlock the Master II Books, and none of the furniture/cosmetics require this. It's purely stat gated.
Hence the edit, I believe. Which makes my current response rather ironic I guess?
The only ones that are, are furniture. The beasttribe recipes are also always unlocked, do you also have a problem not being able to craft them as soon as they are available?
The master books are there to prepare would be 3 or 4 star crafters for what they will be facing. Just because a recipe isnt given via such a book does not mean it is ''just another recipe''.
They typically require extremely rare and valuable items to craft.
They are also not exactly items that can be crafted by mere novices.
(in part due to their design, in large part due to their materials)
Yes, being able to craft such items is also part of being an accomplished crafter.
You are ofcourse welcome to disagree with this.
