Ok I will try this. Added every possible FFXIV exe that I could find to both the windows firewall and the virusscanner exception list. I will post my findings in a few days.As I stated in another thread, and although this may not work for anyone here, I found a suggestion regarding 90002 errors by SE that the problem sometimes lies with firewall allowances.
Lo and behold after I looked and found no reference to FFXIV at all in my AV firewall listing, I added it manually. After I renewed my yearly contract with this AV provider and updated to the newer version I recently started having 90002 issues again.
When I looked it wasn't there in the newer version so I added it manually again, so far this seems to have cleared the issue a second time, just a suggestion.![]()
