AoE rotation (from the thread), use for 2+ enemies:

• Flare, Transpose, (wait 1 mana tick), Fire 3, Fire 2, Fire 2, <repeat>

Fire III before the Flare to make sure you get the damage boost from Astral Fire III, but yeah.
