Totally agree with this. It's surprising that SE always talks about how they like the game to be comunity heavy but then there's no way to communicate outside the game via their own game website. Normally all forums even have a way to PM users, this one hasn't although it gives out all the character information. FF11 used a message system at least with the Playonline client, here we don't have anything at all, only mogmail ingame.

Yeah and Mogmail has a word limit so if you wanna talk about say, something important, you have to send out several messages. Plus, it can only be viewed in-game, so if a player goes offline for several days it becomes really hard to reach it.
