I startet this Quest on Sunday.
First Area was Eastern Thanalan.With the 5.Fate i got the Bull Atma.
After that i farmed Fates in Southern Thanalan over 3h and got nothing.

12 in 4h?Never with this 1% Dropchance.Waste of time.
