Another DPS with Dex sounds Dumb

if they share gear, that will be a nuisance, like tanks/healers sharing gear. but it's also a problem if they don't, cause....more items in the loot pool=less chance that any person gets what they want.
unless they revamp and expand the stats, this is how it will continue: more and more jobs will share same stat gear, at least accessories. but then again, the nr of ppl in a pt, is constant, so it doesn't really matter much, as long as your party set-up doesn't stack jobs.
